• Respond to quote, information, or contact requests.
• Provide and coordinate contracted port agency, stevedoring, ocean freight, transport, and end-to-end logistics services.
• Comply with contractual, tax, customs, and port obligations.
• Issue invoices, receipts, and commercial documentation.
• Maintain operational communication with the client.

3.2 Secondary purposes (optional)

• Send commercial, promotional, or new-service information.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys and service improvement.

MX Marítima may transfer your personal data to third parties (domestic or international) only when strictly necessary to fulfill service purposes, including:

• Port, customs, tax, and sanitary authorities (national and international), in accordance with applicable legal obligations.
• Carriers, transporters, customs brokers, and logistics partners involved in the contracted operation.
• Technology service providers (email, hosting, CRM) acting as data processors under contract.

These transfers do not require your consent under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP. Any other transfer will require your express consent.

6. ARCO Rights

You have the right to know what personal data we have about you, how we use it, and the terms of that use (Access). You also have the right to request correction of your personal information if it is outdated, inaccurate, or incomplete (Rectification); request deletion from our records or databases when you believe it is not being used in accordance with applicable principles, duties, and obligations (Cancellation); and object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition).

To exercise any ARCO right, send a request to sales@mxmaritima.com with:

• Full name of the data subject and a means to communicate the response.
• Documents proving identity or legal representation.
• Clear and precise description of the data related to the right being exercised.
• Any other element that helps locate the data.

We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt.
